Returns & Exchanges
Though we hope you love your purchase, we know that things don't always work out. Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of your order date & items must be placed in the mail within 3 days of the return authorization. Items cannot be worn, altered, washed or damaged. Swimwear must have their hygienic strips intact & shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted & will be sent back. Items cannot be sent back without a return authorization.

Regular Priced Items
Regular priced items are eligible for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE within 14 DAYS of the order date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Unless otherwise noted, regular priced items purchased with a promo/discount may only be returned for store credit only.Back to top.
Sale items may only be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days. Sale items with a "final sale" notation are final sale & cannot be returned. Sale items purchased with a promo are final sale. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.Back to top.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Socks, tights & underwear
- Paper/print goods
- Gift cards
- Earth Reverie items
- Custom orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Sale items purchased with a promo/discount

Start Your Returns/Exchange Process
- Initiate a return authorization here: https://mythandsymbol.com/a/returns
- If your return is approved: Affix the pre-paid USPS return label that was emailed to you on the package. If used, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If your exchange is approved: Affix the pre-paid USPS return label that was emailed to you on the package. EXCHANGES ARE FREE so you will not be charged for the pre-paid return label.
- If you wish to pay the return postage yourself: You will not be charged the return label fee. We recommend that you insure your package & use a shipping carrier that allows you to track your package. Please be aware that your order must be returned & postmarked within 3 DAYS of the authorization. Mail your item(s) back to Myth & Symbol, 1319 Richmond Ave #66589, Houston TX 77006.
- Drop off your package in your mailbox, at the nearest post office or USPS collections box or schedule a USPS package pickup online. Packages must be placed in the mail within 3 DAYS of the authorization date. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- If you do not see the "Return Item" option or unable to select a specific item, then your item(s) are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- We will notify you via email after your return is complete. Please allow up to 10-12 days for us to receive & process your return.
