If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 14 DAYS of the purchase date (in-store) or ship date (online) for an exchange or refund. Returns will not be accepted after the 14 days or without a return authorization for online and in-store purchases. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. All tags must be intact. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes.
Sale items may only be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days. Sale items with a "final sale" notation are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale items purchased with a promo are final sale. Swimwear will only be accepted with their hygienic strips.

Swimwear purchased in-store are final sale and non-returnable. Because we know it can be tricky shopping online, swimwear purchased online can be returned unworn and will only be accepted with their tags and hygienic strips intact. Regular priced swimwear can be returned for a refund. Sale swimwear can be returned for store credit. Swimwear marked final sale are non-returnable. Promo disclaimers apply. Items can be returned in-store or via mail. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.
