UZI Cream Broken Long Sleeve Tee
Crinkled cotton top in a Broken Stripe graphic pattern.
UZI NYC was founded in 1993 by David Ball and Mari Gustafson on Colfax Avenue in Denver, Colorado. Before long, they discovered a Brooklyn studio space on Craigslist. Today, it's packed with silkscreen tables and industrial sewing machines and fabric, where each piece is hand-screened. They describe the lively spirit of their prints as Neo-Native American: a punk-tinged tribute to traditional patterns and textiles. The silkscreened textures and light cotton impart a faded, lived-on feel to their apparel.
